Room 6 Dragons worked alongside their Room 8 & 9 buddies last week to create some very “hands-on” clay pieces for Mother’s Day.

The older buddies rolled the clay and helped their younger buddy class carefully trace and cut their hands which became jewellery trinket stands to use as heart felt gifts.
Design, planning, and timing was important in this activity, so that the final painting had enough time to dry, ready to be wrapped and used as a gift for the weekend.
Guiding their buddies by the hand for this task, students work towards developing successful friendships across the school with positive outcomes.
