Last week, the kitchen and wellbeing staff teamed up to have 22 female students in the kitchen cooking up a storm. Wellbeing, health and supporting each other was the recipe of the day. The girls made delicious dishes using cauliflower, leeks, garlic and chicken stock. Ingredients to keep winter bugs at bay. The kitchen was filled with chatter and wonderful conversations around the table. Hot crusty rolls to soak up the cauliflower soup left a lasting scent. Additional cauliflower fritters were the second dish of the day. Fresh flavours of cumin, cinnamon and turmeric, mixed with coriander from our garden was a hit with this delightful group.
