Preparations for Book Week are in full swing at FGPS. Year 5/6 Pandas buddied up with Rec/1 Dragons to re-create book covers from popular book titles that they have loved reading this year. Students produced very impressive book covers capturing the most memorable parts. This year’s theme of READ, GROW, INSPIRE certainly fits this activity as buddies read together, grow their ideas, and inspire each other to create books of their own.
